It's in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and, just as I requested, there were no HOA fees. Logan even managed to give us a pleasant surprise at closing time by saving us thousands of dollars. He went out of his way to make home buying as stress-free as possible for all of us and I would highly recommend him.
